This is a really easy recipe, it is a dry coffee cake, after you cut a piece for yourself spread butter on it. It is truly delicious.
Cream throughly 2 C. suagr, shortening, and vanilla. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating throughly after each egg. Set aside.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix together alternately with milk into sugar mixture, Cream throughly.
Mix cinnamon and 3 T. sugar. Drop by globs into an ungreased angel food pan. Sprinkling cinnamon mixture over each layer of globs. Sprinkle rest of cinnamon mixture on top. Run a knife in swirls through cake.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
Turn pan upside down over plate and as cake cools it will drop out onto the plate.
