Take two slices of bread and make a hole in the center of each one, Butter BOTH sides of each slice of bread and put on griddle to brown, once browned turn bread slices over and the crack an egg into each hole of your bread slices, Cook egg and then turn over one more time to cook the other side of the egg. Take off gently and put onto a plate and add your favorite toppings and enjoy. HINT: I think it is better if you toast the bread really brown but not burned. It is your choice, you can add bacon or sausage to round out the meal if you want or just serve the egg on toast and then enjoy it and have a good day.
