This is meat with gravy and spices. We usually make it when we have brisket left over.

Brisket or meat of your preferance
Garlic , comino, salt,(season to your taste) tomatoe sauce or salsa, 1/2 cup flour, bell pepper and water

Cut the meat up in small pieces and cover with water (we use a big electric roasting pan) add your spices seasoning to your taste, boil for 2-3 hours making sure you have plenty of water covering the meat. Use a fork to stick into the meat to see if it is tender. Mix 1/2 cup of flour in a bowl with 1/2 cup of water, once mixed good add it to the meat and stir until it is thicken to desired consistancy. Add your tomatoe sauce and or salsa and bell pepper and let simmer for 20 - 30 minutes more. Serve with spanish rice, beans and tortillas. Feed a large crowd or freeze what is leftover for another day.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
