this is a simple, quick, and delicious no bake pie that is very versatile. Can be made with sweet or can be made for diabetics or those who are watching their sugar intake. (Enough for 4 pies)

Ingredients

2 cartons of whipping cream (or buy ready made)
sugar or sugar substitute to taste
4 boxes(different flavors) of your favorite gelatin We like orange(taste like one of those orange icecream bars), lime, strawberry and lemon.
4 Graham cracker crusts
Fruits for garnish as you desire.

Directions

Mix the whipping cream in a cold mixing bowl adding a little sugar at a time until the desired sweetness you like
Get four seperate bowls out and divide the whipping cream evenly into them (unless you just want to make one flavor)
Add each gelatin packet to each bowl and mix up each one. The gelatin is in the dry powder form(do not add water)
You can also add fruit into this whipped mixture if you desire for an added treat.
Once mixed pour each flavor into a separate pie crust. Garnish the lime with grated lime peeling and a thin slice on top adding a little twist to make it decorative. Add a strawberry to the strwaberry and a grated lemon peel onto the lemon pie. You can add white whipping cream around the top with a piping tip if you desire. It can be as simple or as elegant as you desire to make it. Either way they are fast, easy and delicious to make. Once you have it decorated then just cover with the plastic lid and put in the refridgerator until you are ready to serve it. We call it a pie to dream about because one of our grandson in laws said he had dreams about the orange pie and even ask for the recipe so he could make them for his self. They are always a big hit with everyone, we make some sweet and some for us that are dibetic. Use your imagination and you can create any combunation using this basic recipe. These pies also freeze very well and even if you forget to put them out of the freezer to the icebox you can still serve it, it just gives it an icecream taste. Our family loves it either way we serve it. Thanks and have a good day, Donna
