Ingredients
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 cup shredded 2% shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon lime juice
1-1/2 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon cumin
4 buritto size whole wheat toritllas or sandwich wraps
4 large lettuce leaves
1 pound bonless skinless chicken breasts, grilled and thinly sliced
1 ripe mango, peeled and sliced
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
Directions
In a small bowl, combine first 5 ingredients, set aside. On tortillas, evenly layer remaining ingredients, the drizzle with mayonnaise mixture. Roll up.
