I wanted something alittle different one night for dinner. I looked through our cupboards and used basic ingredients for this yummy dish and threw it together. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did.

6 thin chicken breat cutlet
a box of chicken flavored stove top stuffing
3 cups of italian style bread crumbs
3 slices swiss cheese
6 toothpicks
salt and pepper to taste

First, cook the stuffing according to the instructions. Next, put some stuffing on top of the chicken and half a slice of cheese on top of the stuffing.Roll up the chicken and insert a toothpick to hold together. Roll in the bread crumbs and place in a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.

Remember you can use more or less cheese or try different cheese for something different.
