2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, grilled
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 large red bell pepper, diced
1/2 a red onion, diced
1 (8.75 oz.) can sweet corn, drained
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
In a large bowl, toss together chicken, red pepper, onion and corn. Mix together barbecue sauce and mayonnaise. Pour over chicken and veggies. Stir and chill until ready to serve.
