A delicious bread that is easy to make. I have mixed it together and put it in my bread machine to finish.

3 - 4 cups white all purpose flour
3/4 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
4 Tbsp. roasted sunflower seeds
1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup honey
1 egg
3/4 cup whole wheat flour

Combine two cups of the all purpose flour with the next six ingredients in a large mixing bowl and set aside. Heat water, oil, buttermilk, and honey to 120 degrees. Add to dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Beat in egg until smooth. Stir in wheat flour and enough remaining white flour to form a soft dough. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic (about 6-8 minutes). Place dough in a greased bowl and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
Punch down and turn out onto floured surface and divide in half. Shape into loaves and place in well greased loaf pans. Cover and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour). Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
