Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Trim fat and cartilage off chicken breasts then cut in to 1/2 inch slices. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken and sprinkle with seasoning. Coat with bread crumbs. Pour oil on to cookie sheet with rims and place coated chicken pieces on pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and turn chicken pieces over. Return to oven for 10-15 minutes until browned. Serve warm or hot.
