1 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons canola oil
6 large apples(any type ) peeled, quartered, and thinly sliced)
2/3 cup apple butter
1/2 cup dried cranberries
preheat oven to 325
in a small bowl combine the flour, sugar, and oil , using your fingertips
or a fork work mixture together till crumbly set aside.
in a large bowl toss together the apples, apple butter, and cranberries
transfer to a 7 x 11 inch baking dish . Sprinkle the reserved flour
mixture evenly over the top.
Bake dish for 50 to 60 minutes or until the apples are browned and apples are tender when pierced with a knife.
