Sante Fe Soup

A super simple, yet delicious soup that warms up the coldest winter day!

Ingredients

1 can whole corn
1 can kidney beans
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 TBSP. Taco seasoning (about 1/2 pkg.)
1 1/2 lbs. cheese (cubed)
2-3 cups chicken breast ( cooked & cubed)
Tortilla chips
Sour Cream

Directions

Open all cans and empty into crock pot (DO NOT DRAIN).
Add seasoning, cheese cubes, and chicken. Stir together well. Cook on low for 4 hours.
Top with crumbled tortilla chips and a dollop of sour cream when serving.
