Aunt Kay's Potato Chip Cookies

A great, simple recipe to make for large get-togethers. This recipe makes bout 125-140 cookies!


1 lb. butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 cups flour
2 cups crushed potato chips
2/3 cups chopped nuts
optional: shredded coconut and/or mini chocolate chip cookies

Powdered sugar for sprinkling


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl.
Beat in vanilla and flour.
Fold in potato chips and nuts.

Drop small spoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake: 10 minutes (approx.)

Cool on rack and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
