Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease bottom and sides of 13x9 pan. Blend cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until moistened . about 30 seconds
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour mix into pan . Bake 35 minutes. Cool completely. Add in 3/4 of the can of cream cheese frosting and mix well. (you will need clean hands to mix this up) Make small balls by rolling with hands Place on cookie sheet and freeze for 2 hours. Melt white chocolate over boiling water in a saucepan stirring till smooth. Dip cake balls into chocolate with a toothpick Cover completely.
Sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies and red sprinkles while still wet. Place cakes back on cookie sheet to harden. Keep cool in refrigerator or a cool place. Best when served cold.
