My mother has made these for many years, always for Christmas gifts. Everyone loves them and looks forward to getting a nice big dish!

Ingredients

1 large can chow mein noodles
12 oz. butterscotch bits
1/2 c. peanut butter
12 oz. can broken cashews

Directions

Melt the butterscotch bits and peanut butter together in the microwave about 1 minute, then stir and repeat until it is smooth.
Add to the noodles and nuts and drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper. It takes about an hour for them to set up.
