Marvelous Spinach Casserole

Easy to make and even spinach haters love this dish.


4 (10 oz.) pkges. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesan cheese


Combine cooked spinach and remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Pour into a buttered 2 quart casserole dish.
Sprinkle more parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
