Peel, slice, and dice the apples. Put cranberries, apples, sugar, and water in a medium saucepan. Turn heat to medium. Simmer mixture until almost all of the cranberries pop. Let cool for about 15 minutes. Transfer sauce to a serving bowl. Cover with saran wrap pressing it down to touvh the top of the sauce. (otherwise it will form a skin) Refrigerate until set. (preferably over night. Serve with Turkey, chicken, or pork.
