Combine flour, salt and pepper, garlic salt and onion powder. Place in pie plate.
Place beaten egg in another pie plate. Add 2 tbsp. water and beat again.
Place bread crumbs in a 3rd pie plate.
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 11x9-inch baking dish with PAM.
Dip chicken pieces in flour to coat. Shake off excess, then in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs.
Place in baking dish. Spray top of chicken pieces lightly with PAM.
Bake for 45 minutes or until juices run clear and coating is browned.
Note: if coating will not brown, increase oven temperature to 425 degrees the last 10 minutes of baking.
