Super Moist Cornbread

A moist cornbread that will please everyone

Ingredients

2 pkgs. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
1 15 oz. creamed corn
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
2. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients until moistened. Spread evenly in pan.
3. Bake for 25 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and top is a golden brown.
4. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from pan.
