1`16oz.can pumpkin pie filling (not canned pumpkin), 2 tablespoon margarine, 3/4 cups sugar,2&1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, 12 oz can carnation evaporated milk, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup baking mix, 2 teaspoons vanilla.
heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 10"x1 1/2" pie plate. Can use a 9" but a 10" works better. Beat all ingredients on high speed for one minute or until smooth, Pour into pie plate. Bake 50-55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with whip cream.
