Veg-All Cassserole

This recipe was given to me by a customer at the grocery store I manage. I don't normally like canned vegetables but this was really good. As my husband said it's a keeper.

Ingredients

1 29 ounce can Veg-All
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2 cups shredded cheese
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick margarine. melted

Directions

Spray a 2qt. baking dish with cooking spray. Mix the first 7 ingredients together; pour into baking dish. Sprinkle Ritz crackers over top; pour margarine over top Bake uncovered at 350* 35-45 minutes or until heated through.

Server 6-8.
