Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 cake pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl add peaches and sugar and set aside. In a large bowl add biquick, vanilla, milk and quick oats. combine to a coarse texture and add peaches with natural juice made from the sugar and mix to distribute peaches. Pour into cake pan and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Let cool and spoon into a bowl. Great served with vanilla ice cream.
