moms Cinnamon rolls

this makes about 30 cinnamon rolls my mom spent all day making rolls by hand now with breadmachines it takes minutes to make dough

Ingredients

dough:
4 cups flour
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups warm water
1-1/2 ts kosher salt
1TB sugar
3 TB powder milk/or powered buttermilk
2 TB oil
½ ts cardamom ground
1 Tablespoon quick yeast
filling:
Cinnamon
pecans (toasted)chopped
brown sugar
butter or applesauce

Directions

I put everything in bread machine on dough cycle
Take out divide dough in half roll out 12 X 20 inches rectangle
Smear dough with soften butter or applesauce (to reduce fat)
Sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar, chopped toasted pecans and raisins.
Cut into 1-1/2 inch slices place cut side down cover with plastic wrapped sprayed with oil or cover with a moist linen cloth let rise up to 1 hour or doubled in size bake 350 for 30 minutes or till light golden brown. Let cool then frost with sour cream frosting.
This also makes a great dinner roll divide into 30 pieces and shape into your favorite roll. I roll them into snakes then tie them in a knot pinch ends together and lay them down in pan let rise and bake. Brush on this when they come out of the oven. In pan melt 2 tablespoons of butter and 2 teaspoons of sugar till sugar dissolves then brush on warm rolls.
