Preheat oven to 350 Line 9inch square baking pan with foil , with ends of foil extending over sides of pan.
Process 14 cookies in food processor until finely ground. Mix with butter
press into bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes cool.
Microwave caramel bits and water in microwave bowl on high 1 minute or until caramel bits are melted. Stirring after 30 sec. Coarsely chop remaining cookies , beat cream cheese and marshmallow cream in large bowl with electric mixer until blended.
Add egg mix well .Stir in cookies , Pour over crust. Drop spoonfuls of caramel over batter swirl with knife to marbleize . Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until center is set. . cool refrigerate 4 hours until chilled.
use foil handles to lift dessert before serving.
