Cook macaroni according to pacakage directions. Drain, rinse and cool. Cut or dice ham into small pieces. (I use a small boneless ham slice.)Dice the green pepper. Peel and dice cucumber. Thinly slice green onions. Combine macaroni, ham, green pepper,cucumber and green onions in a large casserole pan until well mixed. Add shredded cheese and season to taste.
In a blender, combine Ranch dressing, canned tomatoes and bacon bits. Mix on a high speed until well blended. Pour over macaroni mixture and stir until coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
