Ingredients
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. zucchini, grated
4 eggs
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1 t. pumpkin pie spice
1 t. vanilla
3 oz cream cheese
3/4 c margarine
2 c. powdered sugar
1 t. milk
Directions
Combine oil, sugar, zucchiini, eggs, flour, powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice. Pour into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
Beat vanilla, cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar and milk. Frost cooled bars.
