My whole family loves this clam chowder! I usually have to double it. Fresh baked bread really compliments.

4 bacon strips, crumbled
3 medium potatoes
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 cans Carnation evaporated milk
1/4 all purpose flour
2 cans (6.5oz) minced clams
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cook bacon in saucepan. Reserve drippings. Add potatoes, carrot, onion, celery. Cook for 6 & 7 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Combine evporated milk and flour. Add to potato mixture. Stir in bacon, clam in juice, worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Reduce to medium low stirring frequenly for 15 to 20 minutes or until creamy and slightly thickened.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
