These patties are delicious, easy to make and don't have a strong oniony flavor so kids like them. they are crispy, but, get soft if reheated so eat them while they are first made

3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
1 Tblsp baking powder
1 Tblsp corn meal
1 Tblsp sugar
2/3 cup milk
2 1/3 cup finely diced onions
(about 1 inch hot grease) to cook them in

Mix all ingredients together.
for each patty, drop 2 tblsp of batter into hot grease, spread out with a spoon to make about a 4 inch patty, repeat for other patties,
Brown on each side, then remove and pat off excess grease with paper towel. serve warm.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
