mix peanutbutter and cream cheese together until well blended, than add whipped cream and powdered sugar slowly alternating between them.
place well mixed mixture in pie shell. set aside.
in bowl place chocolate chips water and oil. microwave in 10 second intervals mixing well untill all melted. poor mixture over penutbutter mixture. chill in refridgerator for at least an hour before serving
