In mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Cut in butter, stir in chocolate chips. Mix eggs and milk. Stir into dry mix. Form into a ball. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead about 10 to 12 strokes or until nearly smooth. Pat or lightly roll into 1/2-inch thickness. Cut with a 2 1/2 inch cutter or cut into squares. Place about 1 inch apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake scones in a preheated 375 degree oven for about 15 to 18 minutes or until golden. Remove to a colling rack for at least 5 minutes. Enjoy.
