Using a food processor chop the Oreos until they look like dirt. Next, with a mixer beat in the Cream cheese until the batter is smooth. Then roll the dough in balls in place on a cookie sheet in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Just before you take the dough out of the refrigerator melt the chocolate in the microwave. Then line a pan with waxed paper. Dip the balls in chocolate and then put back in the refrigerator.
