Butterscotch Toffee Pecan Cookies

Easy to make and delicious. Great for the children's lunchbox.


3/4 cup butter
1 1/4 cups light brown sugar
2 tsps. vanilla
1 large egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 1/4 cups flour, sifted
1/2 cup Heath candy bars, chopped
1 pkge. (11 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/2 cup pecans, chopped


Mix dry ingredients together.
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar.
Add the vanilla and the egg and beat until fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture and blend well.
Stir in chopped Heath bars, butterscotch chips, and nuts.
Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
