Cream cheese tarts

Easy summer treat for a backyard cookout.

Ingredients

prepared phillo dough shells
1 8 oz package cream cheese softend
1 8 oz container whip cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
various fresh berries

Directions

Follow directions on package of phillo dough shells.
Mix cream cheese, whip cream, sugar and vanilla on med to high speed. Mix until everything is incorporated.
Fill shells with cream cheese mixture, either spoon in or pipe in using a baggy.
Add fruit chill in refridgerator until ready to serve. Best if chilled.
