noodle salad

I got the recipe from a friend at work. She would bring it to parties that we had for special occasions. Its great as cool summer treat.


12 to 16 ounces of noodles cooked and drained and cooled.
3 to 4 med. tomatoes chopped
green onions finely chopped 1 cup
1 med. bell pepper finely chopped
black olives sliced 4 ounces
american or cheddar cheese shredded 1 and 1/2 cups
mayo {at least 1 cup}
salt and pepper or cajun seasonings, being careful because cheese and olives are salty


mix all ingredents together in a large bowl and stir in enough mayo to your taste.
Add salt and pepper to your taste, decorate top of salad with extra cheese and olives.
refigerate overnight for best taste.
