Chocolate Zucchini Bundt Cake

Every one will compliment on this wonderful moist cake. My family loves this recipe. Seems homemade but its from a box.


3/4 Cup Vegetable oil
4 Eggs
1 1/2 Tsp. Instant Coffee
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Small box Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix
2 Cups Grated Zucchini


Beat oil, eggs, coffee, vanilla, pudding and zucchini until well blended. Add cake mix and beat all ingredients together for 5 minutes on medium speed. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour in a greased bundt pan.
Sprinkle 3/4 to 1 Cup chocolate chips on top before baking. Cool on wire rack. Frost with chocolate frosting or a chocolate ganache.
