1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
2 (8oz) packages cream cheese softened
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
4 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate melted and slightly cooled
1 (8oz) carton non -dairy whipped topping thawed
1/2 cup (3oz) mini semi- sweet chocolate chips
2 (6 oz) ready made chocolate crumb pie crust
In a 1 cup glass measure stir together gelatin and cold water let stand 5 minutes to soften. Pour about 1 inch water into small saucepan place glass measure in saucepan over medium heat , stir until gelatin is
dissolved. Remove measure from saucepan . cool slightly.
In a large mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk,
and melted chocolate beat till smooth. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture.
fold in whipped topping and chips.
Spoon chocolate mixture into pie crusts. Cover and chill at least 4 hours
store covered in refrigerator.

chill time 4 hours
makes 12 servings (2 cheesecakes)
