Best-made with fresh real buttermilk.

1-1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. buttermilk
3 eggs
3 T. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. melted sweet butter
1 t. lemon extract
8-inch unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, beat sugar, buttermilk, and eggs until fluffy. Beat in flour, butter, and extract. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 30 minutes, until center tests done. Serve chilled, or at room temperature. Drizzle top with warmed Fudge sauce, for an exceptional treat. 6-8 portions.

Not a NESTLÉ®-tested recipe.
