In a large 4-1/2 or 5 quart oven proof pan, place the butter and set in a 425 oven while mixing batter.
In a blender, blend the eggs on high for 1 minute. Gradually pour in the milk, slowly add the flour and salt. Continue to blend for 30 seconds.
Pour the batter slowly into the pan of melted butter. Bake until puffy and brown about 20-25 minutes.
Serve with syrup, fruit or powdered sugar. Serves 8
