This has eye appeal as well as great taste.


2 cups creamed corn
2 eggs beaten
1 cup diced bread
1/4 cup diced onion
1 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1 cup bread or cracker crumbs


Saute the onion, carrot and pepper until tender crisp, in small amout of butter.
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole. Top with crumbs mixed with a small amount of melted butter.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
