2 sticks of margarine or butter (softened)
1Cup Applesauce 1/2 Cup Blackstrap Molasses
1/4 Cup honey 1/2~1/3 Cup Brown sugar(or accordingly)
2 Eggs 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract
1& 1/2 Cup All pourpose Flour(mixed with some brown rice flour)
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1& 1/2 Cup mixed raisins
3 Cup Quaker Oats
Heat Oven to 350F;
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well;
Pour into the flour,baking soda, cinnamon mix.
Stir in Oats and raisins, mix well;
drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet;
extra ones can pour into muffin cup to make them like muffins;
bake 15 minutes(or till brown)
cool down for 5 minutes and serve.
