Cool summer salad for Sunday cookout or gathering


1 box Lemon gelatin
1 Large can Crushed pineapple
1 cup water
1 cup frozen whipped topping
1/2 Cup grated american (cheddar) cheese
chopped walnuts (if desired)


bring water and Pineaple juice to a boil,then add gelatin let cool until set. Put chilled gelatin in a large bowl add one cup of Frozen whipped topping.
Mix well and add nuts and let congeal in a mold.
