Bake cake according to package directions. Let cool a little, with a wooden spoon handle, poke holes in the top of the cake.
Pour can of Carnation sweetened milk over top of cake. Pour jar of caramel topping over cake.
Pour jar of fudge topping over caramel. Make sure that cake is cool, cover with noon dairy whipped topping.
Crush 3 regular size toffee bars and sprinkle over top of whipped topping.
