This classic cake is perfect for any party

Ingredients

1 package 2 layer size carrot cake mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple (drained)
1 8 oz container cream cheese frosting

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350. Blend in all ingredients . In a large mixing bowl
beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread batter in 13x19x12 inch round cake pans . Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool . Spread frosting on bottom layer . and
frost cake with remaining frosting. top with toasted coconut or nuts.
