2# frozen hash browns, partially thawed
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 can French fried onion, divided
13oz can Carnation Evaporated milk
salt and pepper to taste
Mix the potatoes, soup, milk and 1/2 the onions. Pour into a greased crock pot. Add seasonings. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours or on high for 4 hours. Sprinkle the remaining onion rings on top just before serving.
