Potato Egg Supper

Add some ham or chicken and have a main dish.


4 strips bacon fried crisp and crumbled
4 cups diced cooked potatoes
6 hard boiled eggs sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
1 Tbls minced onion or fresh onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Layer the potatoes, bacon and eggs in a casserole.
Blend the soup, milk, seasonings and onions. Pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
