Cream cheese banana pudding

Serve this smooth, creamy pudding with extra whipped topping.


4 cups cold milk
2 (4 serving size) pkg instant pudding mix
1 (8oz) pkg softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping thawed (4oz)
1 (11oz) box vanilla wafers
4 bananas sliced
1 cup lemon juice (to prevent browning)


In large bowl combine milk, and pudding mix prepare according to pkg directions.

In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir into pudding mixture.

Fold in whipped topping. Dip the sliced bananas in lemon juice set aside. In 3x9x2 inch baking dish
layer half the cookies half the bananas and half pudding mixture. Repeat layers.
Cover and refrigerate 2 to 6 hours . Serve with
remaining topping.

Serves 12 prep time 25 minutes chill time 2 hours.
