preheat grill to medium indirect heat , In medium bowl , blend brown sugar, oats, flour, and 2 tablespoons of crystallized ginger cut 3 tablespoons of the butter into brown sugar mixture with pastry cutter or two knifes until crumbly.
Set aside . Melt remaining butter 2 tablespoons set aside. In separate medium bowl mix corn bread, sugar, and remaining ginger . Add milk , egg, and rest of butter mix till moistened . Gently fold in blueberries .Pour evenly into 8inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with brown sugar. place empty 9 inch baking pan open side down over unheated portion of grill .Place corn bread on top of empty pan . Cover grill and cook 25 to 35 minutes or until tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan and cool
