Pineapple Cake

Pineapple Cake

We enjoy this served warm with Brunch or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream as a dinner dessert.

Ingredients

CAKE:
1 1/2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 C flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
20 oz can crushed pineapple

TOPPING:
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions

Mix undrained can of crushed pineapple and other ingredients together. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle brown sugar and nuts on top.

Bake 25 - 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
