Melt chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler over hot water, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
Beat eggs until foamy, add sugar 2 Tbls at a time. Beat constantly until very thick. Blend in the chocolate mixture. Add the dry ingredients. Stir in the nuts and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set when lightly touched. Cool and store in tightly covered container.
