Vanilla Wafers

These are very good and easy to make.

Ingredients

2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 Tbls milk
1-1/4 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla

Directions

Cream butter and sugar, beat in the egg, milk and flour that has been sifted with the baking powder and salt, and the vanilla. Drop by 1/2 tsp on well greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with fingers dipped in water. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
