THIS IS AN ASIAN RECIPE. TBSP- TABLESPOON TSP- TEASPOON

Ingredients

200 GMS- FRESH MUSHROOMS
5 TBSP CORN FLOUR
1/2 TEASPOON GINGER GARLIC PASTE
1/2 TEASPOON GREEN CHILLI PASTE
1/2 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
SALT TASTE
AJINOMOTO PINCH
OIL - TO DEEP FRY
FOR THE SAUCE
2 TEASPOON GINGER GARLIC PASTE
1 TSP GREEN CHILI PASTE
1 TSP OIL
2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
2 TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE
1 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
1 TBSP CHILLI VINEGAR
1/2 CUP CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS
AJINOMOTO A PINCH
1 TBSP CORN FLOUR

Directions

MAKE A BATTER WITH CORNFLOUR,GINGER-GARLIC PASTE, GREEN CHILLI PASTE, SALT,LITTLE WATER. DIP THE MUSHROOMS IN THIS BATTER & DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL.
FOR THE SAUCE-
HEAT OIL, ADD GINGER GARLIC AND GREENCHILI PASTE & FRY FOR 2-4MTS. ADD WATER & BRING TO A BOIL. ADD CORNFLOUR DISSOLVED IN WATER. ADD THE SAUCES, SALT, AJINOMOTTO & MIX WELL. ADD THE FRIED MUSHROOMS &COOK TILL SAUCE COATS THE MUSHROOMS. SERVE HOT WITH CHAPPATHIS.GARNISH WITH CHOPPED SPRING ONIONS.
